Did you know that each person has a different breath pattern? Our breathing patterns are a result of our life stories, dramas and traumas. When we unconsciously suppress our breath, forget to breathe, or hold our breath, it causes a fight or flight response in our psycho-physiological system. We are put into a constant state of stress, preparing us to either go to war or fight for survival. We become caveman or cave woman again.
