The number of lovers I engage with is not what defines being poly amorous. The amount of sexual intercourse I have is not what makes me a sexually liberated being. The fact that I am in relationship with myself, the earth and stars, the trees and animals, may represent my essence best as a poly-amorous being- one who loves many.
My personal approach to being poly-amorous is an experience of embracing and letting in everything with openness and receptivity, from the way my feet walk upon the earth, to the touch of my lips upon the glass I drink from. It is a sensual experience of letting in life in all its forms, rather than resisting. It is the exchange of words in a conversation that makes love to my ears, the foreplay for opening up my body to my beloved. Our bodies, hearts and souls penetrate each other and melt into oneness.
Sex created us. All of nature is in a rising and falling orgasmic pulse, a flowing movement. And, we are mirrors of nature and the universe, expressing it fully when we were born sexually liberated beings. The endless, incessant mental chatter, judgments and fears along this journey have not swayed or discouraged yet added to the experience of sexual liberation. Like a fine wine, aged tequila or that tantalizing recipe with all the special ingredients which create the whole orgasmic journey. Inviting you to dive deeper in exploring the many loves within life itself and continue to allow them to carry you out of the small boxes, which often we may be detoured into.
